Images from the second race of CODE’s 2009 season. Spring has sprung, at least on the Baja. Sorry about you guys in South Dakota and anyplace that are still getting snow. Snow what is that? Been a long time since I left Southeastern Idaho. The racing season is in full bloom along with the various spring time blooms. Everyone stop by and please let your friends and neighbors know about the site. Back soon.

CODE and the rest of The CODE people went to San Luis, Sonora, to celebrate Valentine’s Day and here are the first set of images from the race. I will continue to post more, so come back and look around when you have time. Spring and the full bore racing season is just around the corner. Hope to see you out there somewhere. Good Luck ! !

The 15th.

site-blog1205-robles1Today is the 15th of January and we have started a new gallery album titled “Dusty Times Historical”. We will fill it with images, shot over the last eight years, from whatever CODE and other races that have appeared in the Dusty Times. The gallery is dedicated to the Calvin’s who have been publishing some of the best off road racing, short course racing, and rally reportage, etc. for the past 26 years. Here is to you John. As said, foto-baja-mex has been around for eight of those twenty-six years and would like to thank the owners and staff of the Times for the opportunities to help out wherever possible. Come on in, to this version of an online, photo, historical, racing museum. Tell John and us, when you see us, what you think. Eight years doesn’t cover a large chunk of off road racing history, but in foto-baja-mex’s case it covers nearly all of it.

Last CODE race 2008

The last race of  CODE’s 2008 racing season, is now on the books.  It has been a very good year and now you can see and pick and choose your favorite image, you can vote for or it,  you can even purchase, or trade, for some of them as a point of record, during your year on the Northern Baja.  The site is new and old and hopefully will be an online area you visit often to check out the images, read the blogs, or even join in any discussions of interest.  Looking forward to the 2009 season and hope everybody has a great new year !!!

One December

Well another month has come and gone

hibiscus-11 which has taken us past ‘Black Friday’ and into ‘Internet Monday’, this also means that it is probably the first of December. Strange how the 2008 calendar worked out this time. Beginnings and endings at the beginning and end and not in the middle. Only 24 shopping days left before my birthday. Or is that Christmas. Guess he was here first so I release the day to him. Peace and all that other good stuff to all who may read this little offering.
